Healthy Lifestyle for Youth (HLFY) is a movement dedicated to movement, started by kids, for kids. The non-profit organization sponsors free fitness activities in the Bay Area and ensures any child with the drive also has the gear - free running shoes - to get on track to a healthy, happy, productive life.
